IBA Institute Retrains Specialists in Software Development
On July 15, the IBA Institute of IT & Business Administration gave diplomas to the first class of students of the retraining program in software development. Fourteen specialists successfully completed the course and received diplomas with a new qualification, developer/analyst.
In eighteen months, the students mastered the new profession and studied JAVA, automated testing of web applications, business intelligence, and databases.
For the software development course, the IBA Institute introduced webinars and weekend classes, which made the program attractive for many specialists with higher education who wish to obtain additional training in information technology, as well as senior year students of higher education institutions.
The Institute of IT & Business Administration (IBA Institute) was founded on May 6, 2002 in Minsk, Belarus. IBA Institute (former IBA Training Center) offers training in information technologies, business, and foreign languages to IBA employees, as well as other companies and individuals. Teachers working in IBA Institute are assistant professors, Ph. Ds, and certified trainers.
IT courses at IBA Institute cover IBM mainframe and Notes technologies, Java and C programming languages, operating systems (Linux, Windows, Solaris, Mac OS X, and Novell NetWare), ERP systems (SAP/R3), database software, network technologies, information security, integrated and global information systems, web technologies, Microsoft Office applications, computer graphics, and computer technical support.
